Beauty Stuff

Here's a few beauty products I wanna try:
Oscar Blandi Luce Sheer Gloss (just adds shine, not color)
Secret Flawless Touch Antiperspirant
St. Ives Exfoliating Moisturizing Body Polish in Oatmeal & Shea Butter
Pantene Pro-V blonde expressions shampoo
L'Oreal Colour Riche Made For Me Naturals lipstick in 861 or 862 (Blondes with Fair Skin)
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Lipstick in Dizzy
Cover Girl Outlast Lipstain in Berry Smooch

I wore Smoky Eye Shadow Collection by Too Faced on my wedding day. (available at Sephora)

David Yurman

This new fragrance is supposed to be a blend of patchouli, exotic woods, natural rose, and fresh green petals. Sounds great, but at $120 a bottle it looks like I'll never find out.

Green Giraffe

I got a cool necklace from a lady representing this company at Floyd Fest. The pendant was made out of something called tagua.

Ah, Nuts!

Do you have a food allergy? Not sure if you can communicate the problem in a foreign language? Order a preprinted translation card that clearly states your dietary restrictions, available from SelectWisely. For more information on food allergies, try the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN).

What are your best choices when damage to the environment is at stake? Check out Earth 911. For the specific problem of knowing how to safely dispose of energy-efficient light bulbs, try LampRecycle.

Sleep Tight

An antimicrobial spray that refreshes your pillowcase, so you can avoid sleep lines and clogged pores that develop overnight. By Borba

Country Walkers

Explore the world one step at a time. This company offers more than 80 trips to sites around the world where the activities are focused on leisurely walks or mountainous hikes. Maybe Mom and I could go on one of their Women's Adventures.

Similarly, there's Women's Quest, whose retreats are held at resorts and spas in spectacular places throughout the year. Each retreat is unique, honoring the season and splendor of nature.

Whose Strings Are You Wearing?

Bracelets handcrafted from authentic guitar strings donated by artists including Ani DiFranco, Michael Franti, Keller Williams, Bela Fleck, David Grisman, and many more! Price is kinda steep at $150.

More Baby Stuff

Instead of buying cool stuff for baby, I just like to look at it online. At least this way I can have fun dreaming without the guilt of contributing to consumerism and landfills. (Onesie courtesy of InkydinkTees)

Rockabye Baby! transforms timeless rock songs into beautiful instrumental lullabies. You can get their versions of Metallica, Radiohead, Tool, Coldplay, Nirvana, Led Zep, the Cure, Bob Marley, U2, and more!

Wanna dress your baby in Che tanks, Ramones concert tees, record player retro raglans and Trumpette sneaker–socks? You decide if his genetic marker for cool came from the X or the Y (probably both!), but he’s a Babesta for sure if he snuggles up with Ugly Dolls like this one.
